We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery usually takes 4-6 business days (Mon-Fri) after processing.

Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).

3. Do I need to pay any extra tax or hidden fees?

No. All applicable taxes are already included in the product price on Ziviya.
Customers do not need to pay any additional tax or hidden charges.

4. Which courier do you use?

We use trusted courier services such as:

The courier is selected based on delivery location and efficiency.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the courier’s official tracking website.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Please contact support for return approval.

8. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Ziviya does not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
